What we collect

We collect your name and mobile phone number for sign-in and your crew list. We keep work activity such as arrivals, departures, checklists, change requests, messages and assistant questions, plus training progress, your push token and device details, app performance and error reports.

Location

The app checks your distance from today's job address to record arrivals and departures. You agree once when you start. You can turn it off in Me > Location or your phone settings. Tapping I'm here always works.

Photos and documents

We keep job photos and documents you upload. For crew owners, this includes tax, insurance and bank documents kept in private storage.

How we use your information

We use your information to run your work orders, pay statements, trainings and support. We do not use it for advertising, track you across other apps or sell your information.

Who can see your information

Service providers help Future Remodeling run the app, including hosting, sign-in text messages, job records and an AI assistant provider. Your crew owner and foremen can see your name, phone, activity and trainings. Future Remodeling admins can see all app records.

How long we keep information

Work, pay and tax records are kept for seven years. Device data is encrypted and cleared after seven days or at sign-out.

Deleting your account

To request deletion, go to Me > Settings > Delete my account in the app, or write to the support email. We finish within 30 days. Work, pay and tax records that the law requires us to keep stay for the required period.

Your choices

You can turn location off in Me > Location or your phone settings, turn notifications off in your phone settings, and sign out of other devices in Me > Settings.
